摘要
以国家实施《河北沿海地区发展规划》为契机,在深入河北沿海地区3市11县(市、区)湿地农业区域调查的基础上,分析了湿地农业资源禀赋状况,明确了该区域湿地农业发展的比较优势和劣势。在此基础上,基于生态文明建设视域,提出了清晰发展理念、制定发展规划、明确发展重点、优化发展路径、改革经营体制等具体建议。
Taking the national implementation of Hebei coastal development planning as an opportunity, this paper an- alyzed the wedand agriculture endowment status based on the investigations of wetland agriculture region covering 3 cities and 11 counties （or cities, regions）. The comparative advantages and disadvantages of wetland agriculture de- velopment in this area were determined. In view of the ecological civilization perspective, the specific suggestions such as clearing development idea, formulating development planning, confirming development priorities, optimizing devel- opment path as well as reforming management system were also put forward.
