摘要
以党的十八大精神引领高校辅导员职业道德建设,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治工作,提高高等教育质量具有十分重要的意义。加强辅导员职业道德建设,应坚持乐教敬业、育人为本、率先垂范原则,把握坚定理想、忠诚事业,敬业爱生、为人师表,诚实守信、服务育人,服务社会、廉洁自律等基本要求。
It is of great significance to strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political work and enhance the quality of higher education that the construction of university political instructors＇ profes- sional morality be guided by the spirit of the 18th national congress of CPC. The following principles and basic de- mands should be adhered in this construction： loyalty and devotion to education, cultivation- orientation, setting example to students, firm ideal, taking good care of students, honesty and self- discipline, service education, social services and disinterestedness.
