盐溶液和转晶剂对α-半水钛石膏晶体形貌的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用常压盐溶液法制备a-半水钛石膏,研究CaCh盐溶液质量分数对钛石膏生成a-半水石膏晶体形貌的影响,并考察乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)掺量在0.05%~0.5%范围内时,洳半水钛石膏晶体形貌的改变。采用偏光显微镜观察石膏晶体形貌,x射线衍射仪对制得的半水石膏进行表征。结果表明,CaCl2溶液质量分数在15%-25%范围内,CaCl2溶液质量分数越大,形成的晶体尺度越小,长径比越小。控制EDTA掺量为0.2%,可以得到长径比接近1:1的短柱状a-半水石膏。 a-Hemihydrate gypsum was prepared in salt solution under normal pressure. The influence of CaCl2 salt Solution concentration on crystal morphology of a-hemihydrate titanium gypsum was investigated. The crystal modifier was doped to change crystal morphology of a-hemihydrate titanium gypsum in the range of 0.05%-0.5% EDTA. The products were characterized by X-ray and observed on the polarizing microscope. The results showed that the size of the crystal became smaller with the higher CaCl2 concentration in the range of 15%-25%. With EDTA dosage of 0.2%, a-hemihydrate gypsum was prepared with aspect ratio closed to 1 : 1.
