摘要 为保证云服务质量,使云服务按照服务等级协议预先定义的性能等级交付使用,需要对涉及SLA的所有服务过程加以管理,即SLA管理。文章介绍了云服务等级协议的由来、需求、意义及其在SLA管理中的价值,最后重点分析云服务等级协议在其生命周期管理过程中的主要任务与具体业务流程。提供商与用户熟悉各阶段的管理过程,便于明确云SLA中参与方之间的服务承诺与质量保证。 In order to guarantee the quality of cloud service,and make sure that cloud service in accordance with pre-defined performance levels of Service Level Agreement(SLA),the management of SLA is necessary,namely SLAM.The origin,demand,meaning and value of the Cloud Service Level Agreement are described in this article,and finally focus on the main tasks and business processes of SLA during its life cycle.A good understanding of the various stages of management processes by the service providers and users can facilitate the Service Commitment and Quality Assurance.
