摘要
在实验室应用超快冷工艺进行了热轧带钢的试验研究,结合金相组织观察和力学性能试验,探讨了超快冷工艺在工业生产中的应用。结果表明:采用高温轧制并随后交替式超快冷工艺时,能得到细小的铁素体晶粒。并在减轻轧机负荷的同时增大了带钢强度尤其是抗拉强度,同时强塑积有所提高,屈强比降低,冲击吸收功增大。
The hot strip steel was rolled by using ultra fast cooling (UFC) technology in the laboratory. Combining with metallographic microstructure observation and mechanical properties test, the application of the UFC process in industrial production was researched. The results show that, when using high temperature rolling and subsequent alternating UFC process, refined ferrite grain can be got. The UFC process reduces the mill load and improves strip strength, especially tensile strength, and at the same time it increases product of tensile strength and plasticity, reduces ratio of yield to tensile strength, and increases impact absorbed energy.
