出行难一直是困扰中国百姓的话题之一,已经成为各大、中城市急需解决的要务。当前,中国公共交通乘车难,车况差,车辆更新速度慢,运行车辆管理差,给居民出行带来许多不便。从成本、收益分析看,并非所有的公交公司都是亏损的,如果将一个城市的公交公司综合在一起,似乎可以看到更多的希望。中国公交公司的治理,应放弃小公交,建立大公交系统,财政给予适当的补贴,开发广告,从而获得更多的创收空间,以便能够更好的回馈百姓。
Transportation difficulties have long been one of the concerning topics of ordinary Chinese people, an urgent issue to be settled in every large and medium-sized cities. The public transportation in China now has many problems in terms of difficult bus ride, bad bus condition, slow bus replacement rate and pool administration of operating buses, bringing about many inconveniences to the people. How- ever, analysis of the cost and benefit shows that not all the companies get losses. There seems to be a hope when considering all the public transportation companies as a whole. China should give up small public transportation systems and build large systems. In addition, to pro- vide a better service, more income space should be created either by appropriate public finance subsidy or by ad development.
