摘要
目的:研究心率对急性心肌梗死患者住院期间病死率的影响。方法:回顾性分析121例急性心肌梗死患者临床资料,入院时将患者心率以80次/min、90次/min为临界值分为三组,观察对比三组心率患者的心功能和死亡率。结果:心率>90次/min组的患者,其左室舒张末期内径高,左室收缩末期内径高,左室射血分数低,死亡率更高,与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他两组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数以及死亡率等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死入院时心率增快是死亡的一种预测因子,值得在临床上引起注意。
Objective： To study the heart rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction for mortality, during hospitalized.Methods： Choosed the 121 patients of the clinical data who got the acute myocardial infarction to do a retrospective analysis, and used the heart rate admission 80 beats/min, 90 beats/ rain threshold, then observed and compared the heart rate in patients with heart function and mortality in three groups.Results： The patients whose heart rate above 90 beats/rain had a higher left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular systolic diameter, but had a low left ventricular ejection fraction, and they had a higher mortality, compared to the other two groups, the differences were significant（P〈0.05）; and between the other two groups , there were not significantly different on the left ventrieular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and the mortality（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ： The increased rate is a predictor of death in the patients of acute myocardial infarction, and it is worthy to attract attention on the clinical.
