摘要
关于端粒、端粒酶与细胞寿命及癌症的关系的研究目前已成为分子生物学、基础医学等多个学科共同关注的热点之一 ,且近几年来的研究工作有了长足的进展。本文综述了多年来此方面在基础理论研究和癌症诊治应用上的主要成果。
Now the research about the effects of telomere and telomerase on the life-span of cells and cancer has become the focuse of many subjects,such as molecular biology,fundamental medicine.And it has made-great progess in recent years.This paper is a survey of the main achievements in fundamental theory and its application in diagnosing the cancer.
