摘要
采用D61大孔氨型树脂 ,从等电点结晶母液中回收谷氨酸 ,上柱正交换 ,测出不同流率下的穿透曲线 ,得到交换区高度与交换速率的关系方程。同时采用 3种试剂 :NH4 Cl、(NH4 ) 2 SO4 、NH3·H2 O进行洗脱 ,其中NH3·H2 O的洗脱效果较好 。
D61 macroporous NH + 4 form ion exchanger resin was used for the recovery of glutamic acid from the mother liquor of isoelectric point crystallization at fixed bed collum.The breakthrough curves at various volumetric rate were determined,then the relationship of height of exchange region and volumetric rate was obtained.Three different elution agents,NH 4Cl,(NH 4) 2SO 4 and NH 3·H 2O were compared,NH 3·H 2O was the best.
