摘要
目的了解住院严重急性呼吸道感染(SARI)病例流行病学、临床及流感病原学变化特征。方法对云南省哨点医院监测到的SARI病例进行流行病学调查,并采集咽拭子标本开展流感病毒核酸检测。结果 2011年3月～2012年3月,哨点医院共监测SARI病例185例,占同期入院病例的1.72%,主要来自综合ICU、呼吸内科和感染性疾病科和急诊科。SARI病例年龄在0～85岁,中位数54岁,以老年人和青壮年为主。确诊流感病例以婴幼儿和青壮年为主。检出流感病毒核酸阳性11份,阳性率5.95%。其中B型5份(45.45%)、甲型H1N1 4份(36.36%)和A(H3)型2份(18.18%)。SARI病例和确诊流感病例均主要集中于春季;SARI并发症以肺炎和急性呼吸窘迫综合征为主。结论 SARI病例监测高峰期与流感监测一致,SARI监测丰富了流感监测内容,为流感防控提供了科学依据。
[Abstract] Objective To understand the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of the severe acute respiratory infection （SARI） cases in hospital and their pathogenic characteristics of influenza.Methods The epidemiological survey was conducted among the SARI patients hospitalized in the sentinel hospital,and throat swabs were collected, influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time RT-PCR. Results From March 2011 to March 2012,185 SARI patients were found and surveyed.They were mainly from synthesis ICU, respiratory disease wards, infectious disease wards and emergency wards.The age range of SARI cases was 0~85 years, the median age was 54 years. Most of them were the elderly and youth. Confirmed cases of influenza were mainly from infants and youth. 11 cases were influenza virus nucleic acid positive with positive rate of 5.95%. Among the influenza cases, 5（45.45%） were the cases of type B 4 （36.36%） were the cases of type A/H1N1, and 2（18.18%）were the cases of type A（H3）. The SARI cases and confirmed cases of influenza occured in spring. Most of complicating diseases were pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）. Conclusion The peak periods of SARI and influenza surveillance were coincide. SARI surveillance can influenza. expand the influenza surveillance and provide scientific evidence for the control and prevention of
