摘要
针对N200/N107&106/N109尾门包边举升过程中,由于尾门总成挂靠主压刀,导致总成变形报废的情况,利用型面增加导轮、增加皮带摩擦系数等一系列方法,对现有包边机设备进行改进,解决此类问题的发生。
Based on issues that N200/N107& 106/N109 lift gate attached to push type broach, scrapped during lifting process of hemming, solving problems by improving and adjusting the hemming machine of adding guide wheels and increase friction coefficient, etc.
