旨在讨论分析各种广电网络光缆结构和管理系统的发展模型,同时考虑网络的可持续性和可兼容性,提出建设技术结构和管理平台统一的双向网络的基本思路。构建以数字电视网络为基础的,网络技术体系、标准体系和业务体系,满足多种新业务要求的下一代网络(NGB),推进并实现"三网融合"。
Aims to discuss the analysis of various radio and TV network cable structure and management system development model, at the same time consider network sustainability and compatibility, proposes the construction technology structure and the management platform of bidirectional network basic train of thought. To construct the digital television network based, network technical system, standard system and service system, to meet the various requirements of new operations of next generation network （ NGB ）, advance and implementation of ＂three networks convergence ＂.
