摘要
舰艇在大风浪中航行,舰艇长需要对各航行区域的危险度进行分析,然后制定出最合理的航行方案。文章针对这种情况,首先建立了舰艇大风浪航行的危险度评价指标体系,再对各指标进行量化处理,并得到各指标所占的权重,然后对指标量化矩阵进行处理,求出舰艇大风浪中航行区域的灰色关联系数,继而根据各指示构成危险度的权重,最后得出各航行区域的灰色关联度,并对各区域的危险度进行排序,为舰艇长采取应对措施提供了理论依据。
When the ship is sailing on heavy sea, the captain needs to evaluate the risk degree of all areas and institute the most appropriate scheme. According to this situation, this paper at first builds the risk degree assessment of the ship on heavy sea, deals with every target numerically and works out the proportions of the factor that affect ship security, and then find the grey relational coefficient. Finally, the grey relational grade is worked out. The risk degree of all areas are sequenced, which provides the basis for the captain to take corresponding measures.
