摘要
文章简述了环氧树脂作为风电叶片基体树脂的优势、国内外研究和应用的状况以及风电叶片对环氧树脂的性能要求。研制了DQ200E系列灌注环氧树脂,并对该树脂的工艺性能、力学性能、纤维增强塑料复合材料(FRP)性能以及耐疲劳性能进行了系统地测试。结果表明,DQ200E系列灌注环氧树脂粘度低、操作时间长、力学性能良好、耐疲劳性优异,能满足风电叶片的要求,并成功地应用在1.5MW风机叶片上。
The advantage and development of epoxy resin used in wind turbine blades and the requirements were briefly introduced. DQ2OOE infusion epoxy resin system for wind blades was developed. The processing properties, mechanical properties, FRP performance and fatigue resistance of this resin system were tested. The results showed that DQ200E epoxy resin system with low viscosity, long operation time, good mechanical properties and excellent fatigue resistance met the requirements of wind turbine blades. DQ2OOE epoxy resin had been used in 1.5MW wind turbine blades successfully.
