摘要
目的:观察耳穴压丸配合舒适按摩对复杂性视网膜脱离术后的影响情况。方法:将128例复杂性视网膜脱离患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组实施耳穴压丸配合舒适按摩,对照组采用常规护理。结果:术后1天、3天,观察组患者疼痛程度轻,保持特殊体位时间长,患者舒适程度高,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴压丸配合舒适按摩对复杂性视网膜脱离术后能明显预防和缓解疼痛,特殊体位保持时间长,提高了复杂性视网膜脱离术后需俯卧位患者的舒适度,确保手术疗效,防止视网膜再脱。
Objective：To explore the influence of auricular-plaster therapy coordinated with comfortable massage on postoperative situation of complicated retinal detachment.128 cases of complicated retinal detachment patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in each group,observation group was treated with auricular-plaster therapy coordinated with comfortable massage,the control group was treated with routine care.Results：Compared with the control group,patients in observation group suffered less pain,capable to maintain special position for a longer time and feel more comfortable on the 1st and 3rd day after operation,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Auricular-plaster therapy coordinated with comfortable massage is apparently effective for complicated retinal detachment surgery patients,with less pain,easier to keep longer time for maintaining special position and enhance comfort level,which help to ensure the treatment effect and prevent relapse.
