摘要
大型公共建筑金属屋面按双坡排水时,屋脊处通常采用泛水板搭接,易产生渗漏。通过对金属屋面密闭性、渗漏性、耐久性等功能的分析,以上海东方体育中心游泳馆屋面工程为例,提出一种连续屋脊金属压型板的工艺设计思路,与不连续屋脊压型板相比,该工艺可现场施工,用于双坡建筑屋面,可节材约6%,工期缩短约2%。
Abstract: The metal roof of large-scale public building tends to be leaking when it adopts the type of double pitch drainage with flashing board overlapped in the ridge. The technologe design of profiled sheet for continuous ridge is presented by the analysis of the impermeability, leakage, durability of metal roof with an example of Shanghai Oriental Sports Center Natatorium Roof engineering. Compared with profiled sheet for discontinuous ridge, the design is suitable for double pich roof with field operation, which can save 3% of materials and 2% of construction period.
