摘要
提出了一种基于以太网硬协议栈的数据采集节点设计方案。采用DSP+FPGA架构,设计了大容量的数据储存单元,实现极强的数据采集、存储和实时处理能力;采用高性能的数据转换器件以及流水线方式的数据采样及存储策略,实现多通道同步高速并行采样与存储;基于W5100的以太网接入方式,通过配置网络参数,实现以服务器或客户端模式的数据传输。试验证明:设计方案结构紧凑,可靠性高,满足远程数据通信系统和工业现场应用等要求。
This paper proposed a design scheme of data acquisition node based on Ethemet hard protocol stack. DSP + FPGA architecture and mass storage unit were designed to realize powerful ability of data acquisition, storage, and real-time procession. High-performance ADC device and pipe-line scheme were adopted to perform multi-channel high-speed synchronous data sampling and storage. Ethernet connection based on W5100 device was designed to realize data exchange under server or client mode by set- ting network parameters. Experimental result shows the advantages of compact structure and high reliability in the design discussed which satisfies the requirements of remote data communications system and industrial field application.
