无机溶液标准物质在分析测试领域发挥了重要作用,本文对无机溶液标准物质研制的各个环节包括配制、均匀性检验、稳定性考察、标准值的确定及其不确定度的评定等方面进行了总结和探讨,为研制单位进行无机溶液标准物质的研制和使用提供了借鉴和参考。
The inorganic standard solution played a major role in the field of analysis. All aspects of development of the inorganic standard solution, including preparation, homogeneity testing, stability testing, value determined and uncertainty assessment and other aspects were summarized and discussed, which provided a reference for the unit to develop and use inorganic standard solution.
