摘要
石家庄市通过对2012年7月29日至31日暴雨洪水特性分析,掌握暴雨洪水规律,最大1h暴雨量级达到10年一遇,次降雨相当于3年一遇,受短历时强降雨影响,鹿泉及石家庄市区出现较为严重的城市内涝。形成了石家庄市2012年最大的一场暴雨洪水过程。
Through the analysis of Shijiazhuang heavy rains and flooding characteristic, contrd the law of heavy rainand flood, the maximum storm level of one hour reach for 10 years frequency in 2012.7, individual rainfall level reach for 3 years frequency, By the influence of short duration heavy rainfall, the city of Luquan and Shijiazhuang appear serious urban water logging,form the largest flood process of Shijiazhuang city in 2012.
