摘要
利用水分快速分析仪,测定了一种最常用的爆炸复合用炸药(硝铵类炸药加大量的惰性添加剂混配而成)在不同温湿度下的吸湿曲线,使用origin软件拟合出水分含量对吸湿时间的吸湿方程,并提出了一些控制措施,以尽量减小吸湿性对爆炸复合质量的影响。
Moisture absorption of a widely used explosion cladding- based explosive, consisting of modified Ammonium Nitrate/Fuel Oil explosive, abundant salt and wood flour, was determined by Moisture Quick Analyzer MB25 under varied ambient temperature and humidity. By use of Origin software, we obtained moisture absorption equation of moisture percentage dependence on moisture absorption time. Some corre- sponding control measures were presented to minimize the inverse effect of moisture absorption on explosion cladding quality.
