摘要
建国以来,"举国体制"的竞技体育提升了中华人民共和国的国际地位和影响力;自毛泽东主席题词"发展体育运动,增强人民体质",群众体育有了较快的发展。然而,上个世纪末期,由于物质需求的日益增加、生活竞争压力加剧,青少年、儿童的体质和健康水平日趋降低,以国务院令形式先后发布《全民健身计划纲要》和《全民健身条例》,要求县级以上人民政府及相关部门贯彻执行。全民健身是一项惠及几亿人健康的工程,而身体感官——视觉(色彩)从心理、生理等影响群众身体锻炼热情,色彩影响力的科学运用有助于强化全民健身意识、创设优质锻炼环境、凸显民族健身情结、树立健身公益行为导向,最终通过色彩"营销"将全民健身理念深入人心,巩固体育强国地位。
