钙钛矿型氧化物LaFe_(1-x)Ni_xO_3(x=0~1.0)的微观形貌分析及表征

摘要 采用固相反应法在1 200℃附近制备出钙钛矿复合氧化物LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0~1.0).利用XRD、SEM和TG-DSC分析手段对材料的物相组成、结构和形貌等方面进行了表征和分析.结果证明:合成的LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0~1.0)均形成了单一的钙钛矿结构.随着Ni掺杂量的增大,样品的结构由正交向菱方转变,粒径逐渐增大.用四探针法测量了样品的电导率.结果表明,在x<0.6时,LaFe1-xNixO3导电率随Ni掺入量的增大而增大,其中LaFe0.4Ni0.6O3的电导率最高,达到了400s/cm.进一步增大Ni的掺杂量,导电性能变差. LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0~1.0) with perovskite-type structure was prepared by conventional solid-state reaction at 1 200 ℃.XRD、SEM and TG-DSC were used to analyze the phase composition and the microstructures of the materials.It was found that LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0~1.0) was of perovskite structure in a single phase.With Ni content increased,the structure of the sample changed from Orthorhombic to Rhombohedral,and the particle size was gradually increased.Its electrical conductivity is measured by the four probe method.The results showed that,the electrical conductivity measured usas increased with the increase of Ni content and the maximum value was as high as 400 s/cm when x0.6.Further increase in doping Ni wonld result in the deterioration of its conducting properties.
