摘要
榆树坡煤矿主斜井掘进爆破振动对井筒正上方污水处理厂的建(构)筑物影响问题突出,在浅孔控制爆破方案的基础上,采用现场监测爆破振动,根据地质条件的变化和实际爆破效果,不断优化爆破参数,使主斜井安全、顺利通过了污水处理厂。同时,对优化后的四个阶段爆破方案监测数据进行了分析,根据所得出的结论及对爆破振动数据进行线性拟合,得出各影响区的衰减参数。后续施工反馈的结果表明:该爆破方案具有很强的针对性和可行性,应用收到了良好的效果。
The blasting vibration induced by the main inclined shaft advancement in Yushupo mine has obvious influence on buildings above the sewage treatment plant. The blasting parameters were optimized based on the shallow-hole controlled blasting technology and the geological conditions and the actual blast results through the site blas- ting vibration monitoring, which made the main inclined shaft pass the sewage treatment plant safely and smoothly. Meanwhile, the optimized blasting schemes of four-stage monitoring data were analyzed. The linear fitting curve of blasting vibration data and the attenuation parameters of influenced zone were also obtained. The feedback results show that the blasting scheme had good effect with strong pertinence and feasibility of application.
