The paper Introduces the application of Balanced Scorecard, the interpretation of the theory was carried out for establishing the KPI (key performance indicators) system based on t the Balanced Scorecard, combined with the management practice of Anyang steel, the paper explains in specific the process, method, step and function of establishing the KPI system.
