摘要
介绍了莱钢欧标S355J0热轧H型钢的生产工艺。通过设计合理的化学成分及制定适合该厂的冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺,提高H型钢的综合性能,特别是低温冲击韧性。产品的力学性能均匀稳定,完全满足相应标准的要求。
This paper introduces the production process of European standard S355J0 hot - rolled h - beam in Laiwu I- ron ＆ Steel Group. The comprehensive properties of H - beam, particularly the low temperature impact toughness, have been improved by designing reasonable chemical composition and drawing reasonable smelting, casting and rolling process. The mechanical properties of the finished products were stable and even, completely satisfying the requirements of the relative standard.
