摘要
以相似原理为基础,建立大流间距4流中间包的物理实验模型。通过物理模拟和数值模拟相结合的实验方法,设计出合适的控流装置,以达到优化中间包内部流场的目的。优化后的中间包死区体积减少到4.18%,钢液的平均停留时间延长至893 s。促进了夹杂物的去除,提高了铸坯的质量。
Based on a similar principle, the crowd spacing 4 flow tundish physical experimental model is established. Through the comparative study of the physical and numerical modeling,a reasonable flow control solutions is designed and e the tundish internal state of the flow of liquid steel is improved. The dead volume of the tundish is reduced to 4. 18% ,and the average residence time of the molten steel is extended to 893 s. the removal of inclusions and the quality of the slab are all improved.
