梅花鹿生茸区骨膜细胞基因片段测序分析

摘要 在已经构建的梅花鹿生茸区骨膜细胞cDNA表达文库的基础上对文库中的噬菌斑进行随机挑取筛选,对筛选出来的噬菌斑进行质粒亚克隆、鉴定及表达序列标签序列测定和生物信息学分析。通过随机筛选及生物信息学分析的方法发现,在梅花鹿生茸区骨膜细胞中有特殊意义的基因或者基因片段。随机挑选表达频率比较高的11个基因片段中有6个基因片段具有重要意义,对这6个基因片段进行了生物信息学分析,为进一步的鹿茸生物学研究打下了基础。 This research based on the constructed cDNA Library of antlemgenie periosteal cells of sika deer. In order to identify isolate important genes or gene fragments through random selection, we picked some of the bacteriophage plaques from the library, after that we sub- cloned them and analysed their EST sequences. The results demonstrated that six out of the eleven gene fragments may play important role in deer antler biology.
