摘要 采用乙二胺和硬脂酸为主要原料,在常压下制备一种新型塑料润滑剂KJJ.实验结果表明最佳工艺条件为:m(硬脂酸)∶m(乙二胺)∶m(抗氧剂)=1∶0.12∶0.01;反应温度200℃;反应时间5 h,催化剂加入量为硬脂酸加入量的0.4%(质量分数).研究发现:聚丙烯中加入KJJ后,熔融指数有大幅度的提高,机械性能、表面光泽等性能均有较好的改善,同时KJJ润滑剂在聚丙烯中具有良好的分散性. In the study, with ethylene diamine and stearic acid as raw material, ethylene bis stearamide was prepared at normal pressure. Experimental results showed that optimum Technology condition were as follows : m (stearicacid) : m ( ethylenediamine ) : m (antioxygen) = 1 : 0. 12: 0. 01 ; the optimum temperature and rang of time of reaction were 200 ℃ and 5 h; phosphoric acid as the catalyst for the dosage of quality of the stearic acid 0. 4 % ( mass fraction). The results showed that melt flow rate of polypropylene filled with KJJ lubricant, obviously increased, and other properties such as mechanical properties, surface gloss were also improved in certain degrees, at the same time KJJ was well dispersed in polypropylene.
