摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合抗病毒治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:对我院2012年4月13日至7月13日收治的598例手足口病患儿的治疗方法及结果进行分析。结果:598例手足口病患儿无死亡,其中8例转至三级医院治疗。结论:痰热清、炎琥宁、利巴韦林联合抗病毒疗效满意,未见明显不良反应;手足口病Ⅱ级治疗无好转,手足口病Ⅲ、Ⅳ级抢救至心肺脑功能好转均是转至三级医院治疗的指征,也是降低二级医院手足口病病死率的关键之一。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese and western antiviral treatment on hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods： Treatment methods of 598 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital from April 13th,2012 to July 13th,2012 were analyzed.Results： There were no death in 598 cases,including 8 patients transferred to grade-3 hospital.Conclusion： Tanreqing,andrographolide,ribavirin can get satisfactory antiviral curative effect without obvious adverse reaction;grade II hand-foot-mouth disease were treated without improvement;grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ rescue to cardiopulmonary functional recovery are signs to transfer the patients to grade-3 hospitals,and one of the key factors to reduce hospital mortality.
