摘要
本文以权力配置差异化程度为潜变量指标,提出假设,构建模型,通过对高管团队样本的实证调查,利用PLS结构方程模型分析高管团队人力资本的三个维度,即高管团队传记特征、高管团队价值取向以及高管团队能力结构与权力配置差异化程度的关系,进而分析论证了高管团队人力资本与权力配置的关系,并对如何提高高管团队人力资本的总体效应提出了相应的建议。
In this paper, the degree of differentiation in power distribution was applied as the scale of the power distribution among TMT. By empirical investigation of samples of TMT and application of PLS structure model, it proposes some hypothesis, and sets up an analysis model, and analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of TMT and the degree of power distribution differentiation, the relationship between the structure of TMT capability and the degree of power distribution differentiation, and the relationship between the orientation of TMT value and the degree of power distribution differentiation. Meanwhile, the paper gives some advices on how to enhance the total inflence of TMT capital.
