摘要
本文在系统研究价值理论的基础上建立了知识价值链模型,归纳出知识价值链的内涵,为知识管理绩效评价寻找价值来源,分析出知识价值链与知识管理绩效评价之间的关系,从顾客、流程、学习和财务四个方面构建了知识管理绩效评价指标体系,运用模糊层次方法对知识管理绩效进行评价,以期为知识管理绩效评价提供可量化的科学评价方法。
Based on a systematic study on the value theory, this article builds a model of knowledge value chain, sums up the connotation of knowledge value chain to find the value source for knowledge management performance evaluation, and analyzes the rela- tionship between knowledge value chain and knowledge management performance evaluation. In addition, it constructs the performance evaluation indicator system covering customer, process, learning and finance to evaluate the knowledge man- agement performance by the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process as to provide a quantifiable scientific evaluation method.
