摘要
履带行走式液压支架是短壁机械化开采技术的关键设备,是提高短壁工作面回收率,实现短壁工作面高产高效的一种有效途径。介绍了XZ7000/24.5/46型履带行走式液压支架的主要结构特点和技术参数,以及在神东矿区的使用情况。结果表明该机型支护与牵引性能良好,对顶板适应性强,能够满足生产现场的要求。
The reel mobile roof support is a key to mechanization of short-wall mining technology can improve recovery of short-wall working face, at the same time it is effective way for realizing high yield and efficiency of short-wall working face. This article introduces main structure characteristics and technical parameters of XZ7000/24.5/46 reel mobile roof support and use in Shendong ore district. The results show that machine has well shoring and draught capability, well adapting for roof and meeting production requirements at scene.
