摘要
基于UG NX强大的数控编程及VERICUT的仿真验证能力,介绍了如何在UG/CAM环境下进行叶轮数控编程,并在VERICUT环境下建立一台五轴数控铣床仿真模型,应用建立的虚拟机床对零件加工过程中的刀具路径和铣床运动进行仿真,查看刀具与零件之间的欠切、过切,避免机床运动部件和刀具之间的干涉和碰撞等问题,为叶轮数控加工方案和生产提供了可行性。
Based on the UG NX's powerful functionality of NC programming and simulation capability of VER1CUT, the thesis introduces how to carry out the NC programming of the whole impeller and build the simulation model of a 5- axis CNC milling machine respectively in VERICUT environment, on which simulating the tool path and milling machine motion in the process of machining parts. Furthermore, this could forecast and evaluate the problems of eliminating the gouges between cutting tools and parts,and how to avoid the interferences and collisions between machine tool components and cutting tools. The simulation shows that the process plan and NC codes are feasible.
