摘要
针对某在研中的全钢活塞,以尽量降低其质量为目的对全钢活塞的形状进行优化设计,利用有限元法,对活塞温度场进行了数值模拟,并对活塞在各种载荷下的应力及变形进行了分析与对比。
This paper is to a researching all-steel piston, the shape of the all-steel piston is designed througt optimizating to minimize its quality for the purpose of using the finite element method. The piston temperature field is numerical simulated and the piston stress and deformation in a variety of load was analysed and eomparised using the finite element method.
