摘要 通过对耐热导线的种类、结构和性能特点进行研究,结合工程实际对比分析了不同耐热导线在弧垂特性、输送容量、铁塔荷载和线路损耗方面的差异。铝基陶瓷纤维芯耐热铝合金绞线ACCR在弧垂、荷载和线损三方面的特性都能满足要求,碳纤维复合芯软铝绞线ACCC具有很好的机械特性,其弧垂和荷载两方面的指标在所有耐热导线中是最好的,只是其线损率较ACCR略有提高,但对于距离较短而档距较大的线路增容改造,ACCC仍是最佳的选择,同时适合大跨越和重要线路。为输电线路增容改造时的耐热导线选型提供技术参考。 Through the heat-resistant conductor types, structure and performance characteristics, combined with the en- gineering practice on the comparison and analysis of the differ- ent heat-resistant conductor in HuChui characteristics, transport capacity, tower load and line loss differences. Aluminum matrix ceramic fiber core heat-resisting aluminum alloy conductor AC- CR in HuChui, load and line loss three characteristic can meet the requirements, the carbon fibre composite core soft al strand- ing wire ACCC has good mechanical properties, its HuChui and load two aspects of index in all heat-resistant conductor is the best, just the line loss per unit is ACCR increases a little but for distance is short span larger line capacity and improvement, AC- CC is still the best choice, and at the same time, suitable for long-span and important line. For transmission line capacity and improvement of heat-resistant conductor selection provide tech- nical reference.
