摘要
中国有着厚重的历史,孕育出了灿烂的中华文明。法家管理思想讲求"法"、"势"、"术"三者结合,构成了"铁三角"式的法家理论体系主干。本文尝试将三者与现代医院管理中的管理制度、管理权威、管理技巧进行类比,以现代医院管理为视角认识,借鉴法家管理理论。
China has a long history which breeds the splendid Chinese civilization. The ＂law＂, ＂power＂, and ＂skill＂ constitute the trunk of theoretical system of the legalism in the ＂iron triangle＂ pattern. The article attempts to make an analogy between these three parts and management system, managerial authority, and management skill in modern hospital management by learning from the management theory of the legalist from the perspective of modern hospital management.
