摘要
目的探讨胃癌术后肠内肠外营养联合应用分析。方法将邯郸市第一医院2009年6月—2012年6月之间收录的58例胃癌手术后的患者随机分为三组,A组19例患者采取肠内营养方法给予补充,B组19例患者采取肠外营养方法给予补充,C组20例患者采取肠内肠外联合的营养方法给予补充,观察三组的临床应用效果。结果 C组患者肛门排气时间和胃肠的恢复时间以及住院时间与术后并发症情况均明显低于A组和B组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中三组给予营养支持8d后的患者体内的转铁蛋白和血清白蛋白以及前白蛋白均明显的高于治疗后1d的情况,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组营养支持8d后的组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于胃癌手术后的患者采取肠内肠外联合营养方法支持能够有效的降低术后的并发症和缩短胃肠功能的恢复时间,并且安全可靠,操作简单,值得临床中应用和推广。
Objective To explore gastric postoperative enteral parenteral nutrition application. Methods The patients in our hospital between June 2009 to June 2012, included 58 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into three groups, A group of 19 patients taken enteral nutrition to supplement, the B group of 19 patients take parenteral nutrition to supplement, the C group ( n = 20) patients take joint enteral parenteral nutrition to supplement, observe the clinical effect of three groups. Results The analysis of three groups, the C - group of the patients' anus exhaust time, gastroin- testinal recovery time, duration of hospitalization and postoperative complications were significantly lower than those the group A and group B, data comparison has significant sex differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) , statistically meaningful, including three sets of nutritional support 8 days after the patientg body, transferrin and serum albumin and prealbumin were sig- nificantly higher than one day after treatment, the data compared with significant differences ( P 〈 O. 05 ) in statistically meaningful, three groups of nutritional support 8 days after the group was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , statisti- cally meaningless. Conclusion For patients after gastric surgery take enteral parenteral nutrition support can effectively reduce postoperative complications, shorten recovery time of gastrointestinal function, it' s safe and reliable, simple op- eration, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
