目的:使新农合工作真正成为取信于民的利民工程,保障新农合工作的长期稳定健康发展.方法:通过市级新农合医疗信息管理平台设计建设方案,简要阐述了平台系统整体设计与总体逻辑架构;数据中心建设;功能模块分析;安全保障体系等.结果:本方案对市级新农合医疗信息管理平台设计建设具有普遍的指导意义.结论:它使新农合信息化建设工作更上一层楼.
Objective： The new rural cooperative medical work truly attain the people＇s trust of people project, Ensure the long-term stable and healthy development of new rural cooperative medical work.
