摘要
利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对邵东一水厂微涡流絮凝池和平流沉淀池之间的配水渠内流态进行了三维数值模拟,结果显示,常规配水渠内的流速分布不均匀,出口速度变化很大。在进、出口之间设置弧形导流板后,配水渠内的流速分布得到了改善,平流沉淀池实现了均匀进水,保证了絮凝沉淀的稳定进行。另外,通过大量的数值模拟,获得了导流板安装参数与配水渠尺寸的函数关系,对配水渠的设计具有指导意义。
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow pattern in the distribution channel be- tween the micro-vortex flocculation tank and the horizontal-flow sedimentation tank at the First Waterworks in Shaodong was performed. The results showed that the velocity distribution was non-uniform, and the velocity at the outlet varied significantly. After setting an arc baffle between the inlet and the outlet, the velocity distribution was improved in the channel. Uniform flow at the inlet of the horizontal-flow sedimentation tank was realized, which ensured the stability of coagulation and sedimentation. Through a large number of numerical simulations, the function between the installation parameters of the baffle and the size of the distribution channel was obtained, which was helpful to the design of the distribution channel
