摘要
针对煤炭企业成本控制存在的主要问题,本文提出了将成本控制与精细化管理、信息化技术有效结合的管理理念,并以国投大同能源有限责任公司为实例,具体阐述了成本控制精细化管理体系建设的实施思路、过程和效果。
According to the main problems of cost control for coal enterprises, the management concept that the effective combination between cost control, meticulous management and information technology was proposed. And with SDIC Datong energy Co. , LTD. as an example, the implementation ideas, process and effect of meticulous management and information consteuction of cost control were described.
