摘要
分析山东省建设煤炭储备基地的迫切性,对储备基地的选址布局方案进行探讨,通过定性分析初选山东省适合建设煤炭储备基地的地区,并采用主客观赋权法和模糊综合评判法进行山东省煤炭储备基地的选址研究。
The paper analyzes the urgency of building coal reserve bases in Shandong province, discusses the schemes of sitting and layout, preliminarily selects the areas which are suit- able for constructing coal reserve bases by qualitative analysis, and studies the locations of coal reserve bases by methods of objective subjective weighting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
