全球治理与发展中国家:盲点还是未知领域? 被引量：6

摘要本文是《国际研究评论》2010年第12期关于全球治理概念问题讨论的三篇文章中的第三篇，作者是法国政治大学波尔多分校的丹尼尔·康帕格农（DanielCompagnon）。这篇文章把全球治理概念的讨论引入到实践分析的层面。人们通常声称全球治理忽视了发展中国家，但是本文认为，事实上，尽管全球政治经济中存在权力和资源分配的结构性失衡，但是第三世界国家仍然对国际政府体系（internationalstatesystem）以及跨国政治产生着全面的影响。作者并不认为第三世界国家在结构上被排除在了全球治理之外．但他建议对发展中国家的全球治理进行更加有差别性和基于现实的评估，并提出将第三世界国家纳入到全球治理的研究中去。文章主要内容如下。
