摘要
随着高校教育教学的改革不断深入,年度考核体系也有着相应的变化,从原有的单一考核工作量,变为现在全方位考核每位教职工的工作质量,目的是更好地提高工作质量,更有效地为学校的建设做贡献。
With the deepening of the reform of higher education teaching, the annual assessment system hag been matched by the change from the original single assessment of workload to the assessment of the quality of all teaching staff, aiming to better improve the teaching staffs working quality, so as to effectively contribute to the school building.
