燃烧法与化学氧化法测定不同pH土壤有机碳之比较 被引量:7

摘要 评估土壤有机碳库需准确测定土壤中有机碳含量。采用燃烧法和化学氧化法对我国不同pH值土壤剖面样品进行了有机碳含量的比对分析。结果表明:对于pH≤7.11的中、酸性土壤,燃烧法与化学氧化法的测定结果无显著差异,平均相对相差为5.11%,两种方法具有可比性,燃烧法具有操作过程简单、分析速度快、测定结果准确度好、精密度高等优点;对于pH>7.11的碱性土壤,燃烧法与化学氧化法的测定结果差异显著,平均相对相差在110%以上。酸洗处理后燃烧法测定结果明显低于化学氧化法结果。从效率以及结果准确性方面考虑,建议碱性土壤选用化学氧化法测定其有机碳含量。 Evaluating soil organic carbon stock needs an accurate determination of soil organic carbon content. A comparative determination of organic carbon content was done with combustion method and chemical oxidation method along soil profile with different pH values. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the combustion method and the chemical oxidation method and their average relative difference was 5.11% as for the neutral and acid soil with pH 〈 7.11. Though the results of the two methods were comparable, the combustion method had the advantages of easy operation, fast analysis and high accuracy and precision. As for the alkaline soil with pH 〉 7.11, there were significant differences between the two methods, and the average relative difference was higher than 110%. The contents measured by combustion method after acid treatment were significantly lower than those measured by chemical oxidation. For the sake of efficiency and accuracy, it was recommended to take the chemical oxidation method to analyze organic carbon contents of alkaline soil.
