摘要
"一村一名大学生"作为知识化本土农民的典型代表,是新农村建设的一支重要新生力量,在一定范围和程度上承担着促进农民增收和农村经济、文化以及社会发展的历史使命。分析河北农业大学"一村一名大学生"工程发展的现状和制约因素,借鉴大学生村官等高素质人才回流农村的政策,加大对农民高等教育的投入,对加快培养现代新型农民具有重要的意义。
