摘要
针对公路项目投标前的组织策划,从信息来源,投标组织的建立,最终报价的确定等方面入手,分析了投标期间策划的重要性,并介绍了投标施工组织设计的内容,以保证投标的有效性和中标率。
Based on organization planning, bidding organization establishment, final price determination and other four aspects before highway project bidding, this paper analyzed the importance of bidding planning stage, and introduced the design contents of bidding construction organization, in order to ensure the validity and bidding rate of bidding.
