摘要
目的探讨肾康注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)的影响。方法选取60例早期糖尿病肾病患者,分为对照组与治疗组,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组常规西药治疗加用肾康注射液,检测两组患者治疗前后血清CysC的含量。结果治疗组患者治疗后血清CysC含量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗组治疗后血清CysC含量下降更明显,加用肾康注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效更好。
Objective To investigate the impact of Shenkang injection on the serum cystatin C （Cys C） of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group received conventional western medicine treatment as well as Shengkang injection. The serum Cys C contents before and after the treatment were detected. Results In the treatment group,the content of serum Cys C significantly reduced after the treatment compared to that before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, of which the degree of reduction was superior to that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The content of serum Cys C reduces more significantly in the treatment group after the treatment, indicating that the adjuvant application of Shenkang injection shows better efficacy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
