摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT对踝关节骨折诊断的优势。方法对笔者所在医院80例踝关节外伤、有明显临床表现的患者进行回顾分析,分为两组,第1组是32例患者只行X线检查而并未行CT检查,第2组48例患者是先行X线检查后再行CT检查,对这两组患者检查的阳性率、准确率进行统计分析。结果第1组患者检出的阳性率为75%,第2组患者检出的阳性率为83%。另有38%的患者在行CT检查后对X线检查的结果起到补充作用。结论 X线检查存在局限性,而多层螺旋CT多平面重建、曲面重建、最大密度投影及容积再现等后处理技术是诊断踝关节骨折的可靠手段。
Objective To discuss the advantage of multislice helical CT on ankle fracture diagnosis. Methods 80 cases of ankle trauma with significant clinical manifestations were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups. The first group of 32 cases was treated with only X-ray examination without CT while the second group of 48 cases received CT examination after X-ray. The two groups of patients' positive diagnostic rates and accuracy rates had been statistical analyzed. Results The first group of patients' positive detection rate was 75% while the second group was 83%. In addition, the CT examination played a complementary role on other 38% patients after X-ray. Conclusion X ray examination is limited while the multi-slice spiral CT with the multiple planar reconstruction and 3D reconstruction and other post-processing technique is reliable on diagnosis of ankle fractures.
