摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定栀子超微速溶饮片中栀子苷含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速:1.0mL/min,流动相:乙腈-水(15︰85);检测波长:238nm,柱温30℃。结果栀子苷进样量在0.2026~2.0260μg(r2=0.9999,n=6)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.94%(RSD=1.28%,n=6)。结论该测定方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Gardenia in its super-micro instant tablets. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 ram,5 Ix m),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (15 : 85),the detection wave-length was 238 nm and the column temperate, was 30 ~C . Restflts A good linear correlation showed between the ranges 0.202 6 - 2.026 0 Ix g (r2=0.999 9,n=6)and the peak areas. The average recoveries was 99.94%(RSD=l.28%,n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive for the quality control of this product.
