摘要
从信息人才的培养是联盟发展的要求、信息人才培养的目标、信息人才培养措施三个方面来阐述联盟后高校图书馆信息人才的培养。
In this article,focused on three aspects of the cultivation of information talented person as the requirements of the development of the alliance,the target of information talented person＇s cultivation and the measures of information talented person＇s cultivation,the cultivation of university library information talented person after the alliance was expounded.
